Harry White is a third generation Bartow County attorney. Like his Uncle and his Grandfather before him, Harry has dedicated his life to providing quality legal services to the people of Bartow County.

Harry entered the practice of law in 1983, and over the course of the following 25 years he has handled nearly every type of case imaginable. He is a veteran of over one hundred jury trials, and countless bench trials and hearings. He has successfully represented criminal defendants charged with every crime from speeding to murder.

By utilizing his extensive experience and broad knowledge of the law, Harry has been very successful as a civil trial attorney. Harry believes in an aggressive approach to civil litigation, where each case is aggressively postured for trial. By preparing each case for trial, his client gains leverage in settlement negotiations, which can help to maximize the client’s ultimate recovery. To date, Harry has recovered more than five million dollars for his clients. Harry also represents various governmental entities, including the Cartersville School Board.
